​How to Print a Church Directory in Breeze
 
Did you know you can print your own custom directory in Breeze? Here's how!

• Go to Breeze on your computer (not your phone):  Click Here for CGS's Breeze Site
  
  
• Log In
  • Contact Michael Flanagin (M: 408-726-9395, [email protected]) if you need help with accessing Breeze.
    
    
• Click on PEOPLE at the top

• On the left, click on EXPORT

• Choose DIRECTORY from the drop-down menu, and check the "include picture" box
  NOTE: If you choose "group by family" individual phone numbers will not print
  

• Click on the EDIT icon

• Under TEMPLATE, choose CUSTOM
  
  
• Select the FIELDS that you want to include from the drop down. These are the fields that I chose:
  
  

[first_name:ind] [last_name:ind]
[address:ind]
[email:ind]
[home_phone:ind]
[mobile_phone:ind]
[birthdate:ind:1286296401]
 
The directory will print in three columns and three contacts per row.
 
Can't get it to print? Ask the church office to print a copy for you.
